Our Story
Capital Audio Visuals, Inc. is more than a production company—we’re a family with AV in our DNA.
Founded over 40 years ago by our father, a former Executive Director of a professional association, Capital AV was built with a deep understanding of what it takes to run successful meetings and conferences.
Our mother, a Vice President in worldwide hotel and resort sales, brought unmatched insight into the hospitality industry. Together, they didn’t just create a company, they created a standard.
Today, that legacy continues with the next generation, including a Meeting Planner who has organized high-level conferences across the globe. We don’t just work in this space—we grew up in it.
